RPM regulators for direct current motor

They are used for regulation of RPM of direct current motors for universal industrial appliance. There are two types of regulators: analogical and digital. Analogical regulators are of type MINIREG and MIDIREG, and digital types are MENTOR II.

Characteristics:

Analogic regulators:

Output:   0.7 to 2400kW
Terminal voltage:   220 to 3x660V, 50Hz
Rated voltage:   150V to 800V
Speed regulation rating:   up to 1:100
Duty:   one and multi - quadrant drive
Type of regulation:   M=const i P=const

Digital regulations MENTOR II:

Output:   7.5 to 750 kW
Terminal voltage:   220 to 480V, 50/60Hz
Duty:   one and multi - quadrant drive
Design:   microprocessor
Communication:   serial

RPM regulators for A.C. motors

Appliance We offer you two types of digital regulations for drive of three - phase induction motors: DINVERTER and UNIDRIVE. DINVERTER is a regulation with one operation mode (u/f) while UNIDRIVE beside the some mode can operate in a mode of vector control, servo operation control and brake control (recuperation) - return of power to the network.

Characteristics:

DINVERTER:

Output:   0.25 to 4kW
Terminal voltage:   220 to 380V
Max. frequency:   up to 960Hz
Selection of switch frequency:   up to 11.7kHz

DINVERTER

UNIDRIVE:

Output:   from 0.75 kW to 1 MW
Terminal voltage:   380 to 480V
Max. frequency:   to 960Hz
Selection of switch frequency:   up to 12kHz

UNIDRIVE

Applianced devices of power electronics

Appliance These devices are developed on conorete request the customer. The appliance developed versions of devices of power electronics covers differnt application, from designs for automatic charging and discharging storage batteries to devices used as static sources for safe and continuous d.c. and a.c. supply. The separate group of devices make choppers for electric traction such as delivery vehicles, fork - lift trucks and vehicles of public transport.

Production programme:

  • Automatic chargers and dischargers for storage batteries
  • Thyristor chargers for electric generating sets, locomotives and waggons
  • Static plants for safe and continuous supply
  • Regulated drive with choppers for electric vehicles
  • Thyristoric switches for direct current and alternating current
  • Regulated and non - regulated rectifiers for different application

Additional modules and devices of power electornics

Application These modules and devices are designed for extention of functions and possibilities of application of RPM regulators for direct and alternating current motors in order to relise additional requirement of control and regulation in engineering and realisation of regulated drive system.

Production programme:

Programme of additional modules and devices of electronics comprises various types of regulators, sources of supply, comparators, multipliers, control - measuring unit, impulse unit, power regulator, motor - potentiometer and application - developped devices for realisation of automated regulated drive for press, paper mills, textile machines, extruders, rolling mills, as well as for automation of winding operation and unwinding operation, positioning and synchronzation of multi - motor drives.

Design:

Moduls are designed in the form of printed circuits of non - standard format and minimal configuration or in the form of standard EUROPA format for mounting into 19" - standard housing in conformity with IEC 297.
