Systems of regulated electromotive drives

 

     Application They are designed for automation of single or multi-motor drives of machines, plants and technological processes of various level of complexity. Electric equipment of regulated drive system consists of: semi-conductor speed regulators, additional electronic modules for realization of non-standard technological requirements, regulation and control of supply electric equipment, mounted in the control cubicles and electric motors with or without geared motors.

Characteristics:

     Characteristics of systems are defined by technical parameters of wide range of production programme of RPM regulators for direct current motors and for alternating current motors and realisation necessity of control regulated requirements in machine operation and technological process.

Designs:

  • Characteristics of application field in engineering industry are: tool machines, extruders, centrifugal machines, pumps, fans
  • Characteristics of application field in the industry are: production of wires and cables, rolling mills, smelting-works, cement works, glass works, paper mills, lines for production of plastic foils, pipes and profiles, rubber machines and plants, pump stations, textile machines, production of artificial fibres, sugar factory, etc.

Automatic systems of electric power supply

 

     They are applied for generating electic power as basic, reserve or auxiliary sources. In conditions where distribution network doesn't exist which require continous, reliable and high quality power supply there are applied energency power supply. In cases where exist non-effective potentials (wind, small water-falls) or separate technical specification, the aforesaid sources are applied as auxiliary power sources in parallel operation with distribution network. Rotating comerters of electric power are applied for supply of electric consumers with stabilized voltage and frequency and discontinous supply with electric power.

Service range:

     Sever's current production programme of electronics, regulation and automatic control together with the production programme of electric motor, generators and engineering programmes enable rendering complete services for mounting complete automatic system of power supply.

Systems of electric devices for automation in mining

 

     Application They are applied for automation of operation and process in surface exploition of mineral materials (BTO system: excavators, transporter, stacker).

Characteristics:

     The characteristics of the system are defined by technological conditions of exploition and by the capacity of machine equipment. The system consists of: a.c. and d.c. electric motors, low and medium voltage plants, RPM regulators, microcomputers for supervision and control, information devices for data transfer, devices for measuring control and regulation of tension force, speed control, etc. which are usually mounted outdoor in the specified-purpose developed devices.

Service range:

     Sever's prodiction programme of elektronics, regulation and automatic control together with engineering programmes and programmes of electric motors renders complete services in installation of these systems: engineering, delivery of equipment, mounting, putting into operation and service. All components of electric equipment are produced in Sever and partial delivery is allowed.

Automatic systems in agricultural complex

 

     They are designed for automation of ventilation process and heating process in the farms for breeding poultry and pigs and for application and distribution of liquid feeds fattening. System configuration depends on the field of application and the size of the facility.

Production programme:

  • Automatic system for process of ventilation, heating, conditioning in the farms for breeding poultry and pigs
  • Automatic system for process of liquid feeds for fattening
  • Automatic system for process of ventilation, heating, preperation and distribution of feeds and taking out manure in the farms for cattle fattener

Service range:

      The programme of components for these systems enable rendering of complete service in building of these facilities, i.e. projecting, delivery of equipment, installation, starting up.
      In addition delivery of componets is allowed.
